Ms. van Wijk is an experienced Chair, Non-Executive Director, and CEO with extensive experience in the financial sector and with diverse stakeholders. She has global experience at leading companies and associations, in both executive and non-executive roles. Most recently, she worked at Brunel Pension Partnership for five years. She currently holds various non-executive board positions, including at the largest Dutch pension fund, ABP. From 2006 to 2020, she gained extensive experience at Aegon. For instance, she served as CEO of TKP Investments, an independent fiduciary investment subsidiary, for nearly twelve years. Prior to joining Aegon, she held various senior management positions, including at Philips, PGGM, and ABN Amro. From 2014 to 2020, she was a Board Member of the Dutch Fund and Asset Management Association, serving as Chair for the last two years. She also served as Chair of the Investment Leaders Group at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. She was appointed to the LPPI Board 3 April 2026.
