Louise Jack joined LPPI in September 2023 as Chief Operating and Financial Officer, leading the firm’s operating and financial platform encompassing finance, investment operations, technology and business change. Her focus is on delivering scalable, cost efficient services that support long term value creation for partner funds and shareholders. Louise is also Chair of the Product Governance Committee.

With more than 20 years’ experience across global financial services, Louise brings deep expertise in platform scalability, business growth and transformation. Her career spans product innovation, private markets fund administration, organisational design and technology enabled change, with a strong record of building high performing teams and delivering effective, sustainable outcomes.

Louise spent over a decade at Macquarie Group, where she was Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director in its funds division, specialising in private markets. More recently, she served as Portfolio Company Lead and Chief Operating Officer at Shell Energy Trading. She began her career at PwC in London and Sydney and is a Chartered Accountant.
